World Down Syndrome Day 2018

The Executive Committee of T21RS would like to encourage T21RS members all over the world to organise your own activities and events to help raise awareness of Down syndrome research, and how it matters to people with Down syndrome but also to society in the occasion of WDSD 2018.

Send us your local activity announcement and we will promote it through our website!

1. LuMind RDS initiative: Vote the best researchers in Down syndrome

This year for WDSD 2018 LuMind RDS is honoring 21 champions who has given time, talent, or treasure to benefit Down syndrome research in 2017 and LuMind RDS would like to showcase two T21RS senior researchers/clinicians and one junior researcher/clinician. LuMind RDS needs you to nominate the three that you feel most impacted the field of Down syndrome research in calendar year 2017.

Simply click this link to complete the 5 minute questionnaire that includes a brief description of their new discoveries, projects, studies or methodologies that inspires you to nominate them.
