“A dynamic in vitro model of Down syndrome neurogenesis with trisomy 21 gene dosage correction“

This webinar will examine how inducible chromosome 21 silencing can leverage human iPSC models of trisomy 21 to distinguish irreversible developmental lineage decisions from acute phenotypes that can be ameliorated even in terminally differentiated cells. We will discuss our recent study, and explore how distinct chromosomal aneuploidies may cause similar cellular phenotypes despite differing gene content.
