“Spatial multi-omics in DS-AD identies shared changes with sporadic AD”“

The talk will focus on identifying shared and distinct transcriptomic changes between Alzheimer’s disease associated with Down syndrome (DS-AD) and sporadic Alzheimer’s disease (sAD). Using spatial transcriptomic and spatial proteomics, it highlights molecular pathways associated with neuroinammation, amyloid pathology, and disease risk, providing insights into the overlapping and unique mechanisms underlying these forms of AD.
