T21RS 2026 Denver Conference Abstracts Available

The 6th International T21RS Conference in Denver showcased the remarkable progress of Down syndrome (DS) research. Researchers from around the world presented advances spanning the lifespan, from fundamental biology to clinical trials and emerging therapies. The meeting brought together 443 participants from 20 countries, highlighting the power of international collaboration and multidisciplinary science, and new public resources. We celebrated outstanding early-career investigators and strengthened partnerships among researchers, clinicians, families, and self-advocates. Together, the conference demonstrated that the global DS research community is stronger, more collaborative, and better positioned than ever to improve the lives of people with Down syndrome. We look forward to continuing this momentum at the 7th International T21RS Conference in Belfast, Ireland, in 2028.
