T21RS 2024 Rome Conference Proceedings Available

Announcing the Proceedings of the 5th Trisomy 21 Research Society (T21RS) International Conference. This conference, which was held in June 2024 Rome, Italy, brought together about 900 attendees—including 500 scientists from 26 countries—to share the latest advances in Down syndrome research. The meeting featured more than 150 scientific presentations and 230 posters spanning genetics, neurodevelopment, aging, Alzheimer’s disease, biomarkers, clinical care, and emerging therapies, while also promoting collaboration among researchers, clinicians, families, self-advocates, and industry. This conference proceedings highlights the major scientific discoveries and translational advances presented, reflecting the rapid progress toward improving the health and quality of life of people with Down syndrome.
