will present the topic:

“Comorbidities and quality of life in trisomy 21: clinical and molecular evidence from an Italian cohort”

This webinar will present the structure and research potential of a dedicated database designed for the longitudinal collection of clinical, diagnostic, auxological, and molecular data related to Down syndrome. Preliminary findings from an Italian cohort will be discussed, with a focus on the incidence and management of comorbidities associated with Trisomy 21 and their impact on quality of life. The session aims to foster discussion on how to integrate clinical and omics data to advance translational research in this field.
